The Council for the Registration and Control of Building and Technical Works Contractors is a Legal Entity of Public Law and implements Law 29(I)/2001-2013. It exercises all powers and duties assigned to it by the applicable legislation and has the authority to take all necessary actions to achieve its purpose. In particular, it is responsible for the registration of contractors, maintaining the Contractors’ Register, exercising disciplinary control over registered contractors, and imposing the prescribed penalties.
