Christos D. Nicolaou is a Cypriot entrepreneur with over 40 years of experience in real estate development, construction, brokerage, and hospitality.
He holds qualifications in Business Administration, Accounting, and Hotel Management from institutions in Germany and the United Kingdom and is a licensed Estate Agent and Registered Constructor in Cyprus.
He began his career within the D. Nicolaou Group and later became Managing Director and Ultimate Beneficial Owner of X.N. Group and its affiliated companies.
Since 2016, he has also served as Regional Director, Broker, and Owner of RE/MAX Cyprus, overseeing significant property investments and development projects both locally and internationally.
