The Cyprus Association of Property Valuers is the competent Scientific Body responsible for Land and Property Valuation and Management. It comprises registered expert members who offer their services in both the private and public sectors. The Association’s primary objective is to represent in Cyprus and internationally all Certified Valuation Scientists and Valuation Professionals who practice the profession (or are retired) and reside permanently in Cyprus. Furthermore, the Association aims to promote its broader goals in Cyprus, Europe, and globally, which include ensuring the advancement and provision of high- level professional knowledge and facilitating and maintaining the acquisition of expertise that defines the profession of the Valuation Scientist. The Association is a full member of the European Group of Valuers’ Associations (TEGoVA).
