Before joining Nice Day Developments, Yiannos Pipis built a long international career across the FSU, the Middle East, and Asia, working with international companies such as Prisunic, AC Nielsen, and J&P-AVAX. With more than 30 years of experience in the real estate sector, he has been involved in the delivery of retail, residential, and commercial projects.
Over the years, he has also participated in development teams for large-scale projects, with a particular focus on hospitality, master planning, and public-private partnerships (PPP).
Yiannos holds a BSc and an MSc in Finance. He has also successfully completed the certified real estate appraiser examination of the State of Maryland, USA. He previously served on the Board of the Cyprus Property Developers Association and is a member of the Cypriot Real Estate Owners Association. He is also actively involved in initiatives that support the sustainable development of Nicosia and Cyprus.
