Dimitris Polychronopoulos is the Head of the Legal Services Department and Compliance Officer at Trastor REIC, a company listed on the Athens Stock Exchange. He has been a lawyer since 2000 and possesses extensive experience in corporate affairs, tax law, and regulatory frameworks. He has served as Director of Legal Departments in companies within the telecommunications, tourism, and real estate sectors, while also holding positions as a member of their Boards of Directors. He is a graduate of the Law School of the University of Thrace, holds a Master’s degree (LLM) in International Economic Law from the University of Warwick (UK), and has completed a postgraduate program in Greek Tax Law at the Professional Training Center of the Athens University of Economics and Business.
