With over 15 years of experience in property development and investment-driven real estate sales, he has held senior leadership roles at Pafilia and Syncrasy, contributing to large-scale residential and mixed-use developments. He previously served as Smart City Advisor to the Municipality of Pafos, supporting digital transformation initiatives. Andreas focuses on maximizing asset value through technology-enabled strategy, data-driven pricing, and the alignment of development phasing, construction delivery, and market demand.
