The was founded in 1992 and is the primary professional association representing Civil Engineers in Cyprus, Europe, and internationally. The Association has more than 2,000 members and is managed by an eleven-member General Board, elected by the General Assembly every three years. The objectives of CYACE are to promote and develop the science and field of Civil Engineering in Cyprus, advocate for and safeguard the profession of Civil Engineers, provide training and updates on scientific and professional matters, and inform the public and the state about the services offered by Civil Engineers.
