Yiannis Misirlis is the founding director of Imperio Group, one of the most reputable and sustainability-focused real estate companies in Cyprus. He holds three University Degrees from London and Madrid; a BSc in Civil Engineering & an MSc in Information Technology from University College London (UCL) and an International MBA from IE Business School in Madrid. He is a regular speaker at major forums such as the Economist in New York and London. His opinions have been published in the Financial Times, Hong Kong Times, Vedomosti Moscow, and Gulf News. He was also voted “Businessman of the Year” by the newspaper Politis in 2010 and was named “Manager of the Year, 2017” by Inbusiness magazine.

Born on March 24, 1969, Konstantinos Ioannou is a graduate of the English School, Nicosia. He studied Business Administration at the Manchester School of Management, UMIST, in the UK and pursued further studies in the USA with a Fulbright scholarship at Cornell University, earning an MBA in Hotel Management. Since 1997, he has been a founder, consultant, and board member of IMH until 2018. He served as CEO and board member of Real Time Hospitality Intelligence, USA (1996-2001). In 2006, he founded C.C. Coffee Company Ltd, which owns the Gloria Jean’s Coffees International franchise in Cyprus, and represented the European region in Retail Food Group, Australia’s advisory group. He served as Minister of Health from March 1, 2018, to July 1, 2021, and was honored by the University of Nicosia in 2022 for his vision and efforts in implementing the General Health System (GHS). Since March 1, 2023, he has been Minister of Interior. He is married with three children.

Petr Valov founded Exness in 2008 with a vision of creating a company driven by strong ethical values and a science-based, algorithmic product approach. A software developer since his school days, Petr studied IT and programming at university, and in the early days of Exness, he acted as the sole creator of its technologies. Today, after taking the company from strength to strength over a span of 13 years, he runs one of the world’s most successful and respectable online brokerage companies, headquartered right here in Cyprus. Petr’s vision is to see Cyprus become the Silicon Valley of the Mediterranean: an IT center fit to attract the biggest tech talents in the world. His faith in this vision is one of the reasons for his investment on the island and the decision for Exness to be headquartered here.

Born in 1968 in Famagusta, he graduated from the Sofia University of Architecture. He runs an architectural office in Nicosia and served as President of the Cyprus Architects Association from 2001 to 2005, reelected in 2009, and remained in office until 2014. He was a member of the Deviation Study Council (2006–2012) and the Town Planning Council (2012–2018). He served as the Second Vice President of ETEK (2005–2011) and was reelected to the General Council of ETEK in 2011, holding the position of First Vice President until October 2020. Since October 2020, he has been the President of ETEK.

Andy Hadjiadamou is the Founder and CEO of Domo Properties, a dynamic and fast-growing property development company based in Limassol. Antonis Kakoullis is a Civil Engineer and a member of ETEK. He graduated from City University of London and holds a Master’s degree in Building Economics and Management from UCL. With over 30 years of experience in construction and real estate development, he has served on the Ministry of Energy’s Building Energy Performance Committee and the Ministry of Interior’s Accessibility Committee. He is currently the Vice President of the Cyprus Property Developers Association and Chairman of its Technical Affairs Committee.

Υiannis Tsouloftas was born in Limassol. He holds five university degrees from institutions in Germany, England, the United States, and Cyprus. He began his professional career as a Project Engineer at a multinational company in the United Kingdom before joining the Electricity Authority of Cyprus (EAC). He was a member of the National Negotiating Team for the development of Natural Gas Infrastructure, a member of the Energy Crisis Management Team in 2011, and served as the spokesperson for the EAC. Additionally, he has been a visiting lecturer in the MBA postgraduate program at the Cyprus International Institute of Management (CIIM). He has participated at international conferences and has published numerous articles on economic development, energy, water resources, and the management of Public Organisations. From 2015 to 2020, he served as General Manager of a private company. In 2020, he was appointed General Manager of the Limassol-Amathus Sewerage Board, and in 2024, he was elected Chairman of the Limassol District Local Government Organisation (EOA Lemesos). He envisions and plans a modern Regional Local Government Organisation in Limassol with a strong social conscience, a focus on economic development, and an environmentally sustainable approach.

Constantinos Yiorkadjis is the Chairman of The Nicosia District Local Government Organisation. He served as Mayor of Nicosia from January 2012 to June 2024. During that period he led the initiative to develop and revitalize Nicosia and to transform it into an aesthetically pleasing, friendlier, more sustainable and inclusive city, for all residents, visitors and future generations. Prior to taking office as Mayor, he worked for 17 years in the private sector, in multinational corporations in Romania, Greece and Cyprus. He holds two bachelor’s degrees with distinction, one in Economics and one in Business Administration, both from Boston University.

Kikis Athinodorou MRICS is the founder and Managing Director of Kikis Athinodorou & Associates LLC. With over 30 years of experience in Cyprus’ real estate market and an extensive strategic network, he provides long-term, reliable consultancy services to institutions, private and public companies, and individuals. He specializes in asset management, financial advisory, and property valuation. Since 1995, he has led a team of 10 certified valuers and quality auditors, ensuring compliance with international professional and ethical standards. He is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer. He has served on the Board of Directors of CIPA and as President of the Cyprus Association of Property Valuers.

Mr. Markos A. Christodoulou graduated from the University of Salford in 1996 with a B.Sc. (hons) degree in Business & Management Studies. Following to his studies, he returned back to Cyprus where he initially engaged with Sales in the tourist Industry. Later on, he became the managing director of a stock brokerage firm until the year 2001, the year during which Quality Group was formed. He then became a founding partner and Sales Director for Quality Group until the end of October 2024. From November 2024 he is involved in the promotion & sales of R AND C ENTERPRISE LTD natural cosmetics & food supplement products for which he is a shareholder & director. Since November 2023, he is also involved in the Management of M.C. GAN VENTURES LTD, a company involved in real estate development in which he is also a director & shareholder. Markos is also a member of the board of directors for various companies such as Amathus Limited, Cybarco Holdings LTD, V.K.C.A. Quality Limited & many others. He is also currently the Vice president of the Cyprus Land & Building Developers Association.

George Chrysochos, Director of Cyfield Group, has been involved in the family business from a young age, working across various departments. He has worked in the USA and Greece as a consultant for Navigant and McKinsey & Company. He returned to Cyprus to expand the family business and enter the energy sector. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from Stanford University. He is a member of ASCE, ETEK, and the Board of the Cyprus Employers & Industrialists Federation (OEB).

A self-taught real estate agent, Petros Lazarou has built G&P Lazarou Estate Agents into
one of Cyprus’ most recognizable real estate companies. Believing that “there is no wrong
property, only the wrong price,” he has successfully negotiated in all market conditions. His
clients include major companies, embassies, financial institutions, government agencies,
insurance firms, offshore entities, and land development companies. He is a licensed real
estate broker in Cyprus.

Born in Athens in 1964, Pantelis M. Leptos holds a degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in International Finance, Trade, and Shipping from City University. He is Co-Chairman of Leptos Group, one of the largest private companies in Cyprus and Greece, and Chairman of Leptos Calypso Hotels Ltd. He also leads “Karkavatsos & Co. Tourism S.A.” He is Vice President of the Neapolis University Paphos Board and Pandora Investments Ltd. He has served as President of the Cyprus Property Developers Association, Paphos Hotel Owners Association, and has been a board member of CIPA. He was also the President and Honorary President of FIABCI Cyprus and serves as Honorary Consul for Jamaica in Cyprus.

Panikos Livadhiotis was born 1980 in Larnaca Cyprus. He graduated from American Academy Larnaca, and following his Army duties in the Special Forces with the rank of Lieutenant, he pursued his studies in Hotel Management and Entrepreneurship in Florida international University in Miami. He also holds the license of Real Estate Broker in Florida for over 20 years. His ongoing education earned him the title of Chartered Surveyor and he is member of the Royal institute of Chartered surveyors for over 15 years. He is member of the Executive Committee of Cyprus Land and Building Developers Association (LBDA). While being Managing Director of Livadhiotis Group, the group has earned numerous International Property Awards and got recognized as one of the leading property groups in Cyprus. He is married and father of two children, Elysia and Sebastian.

Mr. Polys Kourousides is a highly respected property professional with extensive experience in real estate consultancy and valuation. As a Director and Founder of Polys Kourousides & Associates LLC, Polys brings expertise in property valuation, project management, and strategic consulting. He is a Chartered Valuation Surveyor and a member of RICS, with a reputation for delivering exceptional real estate solutions across Cyprus and Europe. Christophoros joined KPMG in 1996 and became a Board Member in 2008. He is the Head of Deal Advisory and Real Estate Industry Group at KPMG in Cyprus, specialising in Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, and Restructuring. He started as a trainee auditor and transitioned to Advisory in 2000, developing deep expertise in the real estate sector. His experience spans real estate investments, feasibility studies, debt advisory, equity/business valuations, receiverships, and M&As. He has worked with property developers, institutional investors, and government bodies, providing strategic guidance across a spectrum of services. Christophoros is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner and an authorized trainer by the HRDA. Since September 2024, he has been a member of the Cyprus Economy and Competitiveness Council.

Michalis Hadjipanayiotou is the Chief Executive Officer of Cybarco Development Ltd, a member of the Lanitis Group, Honorary President of the Cyprus Property Developers Association, and a Board Member of the Cyprus Employers & Industrialists Federation (OEB). He is also a Board Member of Limassol Marina Ltd, Executive Director of Trilogy Limassol Seafront Ltd, as well as a member of other Boards of Directors. A senior executive with extensive experience across various business sectors and multinational companies such as Pepsico International and Procter & Gamble, he holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Texas at Austin (on a Fulbright scholarship) and is a graduate of the University of Manchester with First-Class Honours in Finance and Econometrics.

Mr. Keinan is a co-manager and partner of Premium Access, with more than 15 years of experience in the real estate and financing industry. Mr. Keinan is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the company as well as the company’s investment and transaction strategy, financials, site selection, design and conceptualization. Christos is a Design Director at Zaha Hadid Architects, leading major projects and competitions globally. With over 25 years of experience, he has co-authored iconic projects like Sberbank Technopark HQ, Oppo HQ, Trojena’s Discovery Tower and Mountain Observatory, OPUS Dubai, Eleftheria Square, and notably the Phaeno Science Centre. He has taught at the Architectural Association and Bauhaus Dessau, specialising in parametric design and urbanism. Christos has spearheaded visionary projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, focusing on sustainability, digital design, and the future of urban eco-technological habitats. Christos Christodoulou studied Architecture at Manchester School of Architecture. He is member of ETEK and RIBA. He has been practicing since 1997 both in the UK & Cyprus, where he co-founded Simpraxis Architects in 2002. He has been a recipient of several Architecture awards, including the Cyprus State Architecture Award. His office has participated and won several architectural competitions. He also served as jury member for State awards as in Lebanon, Bulgaria, Malta, Croatia. He presented his work at many Architectural conferences, in Europe and Middle East. Christos Christodoulou served as the President of the Cyprus Architects Association (CAA) from 2013 to 2022. He was a member of the board of the Scientific and Technical Chamber of Cyprus (ETEK) as treasurer from 2020 to 2023. Additionally, he has been a member of the Board of the Cyprus Land Development Corporation (ΚΟΑΓ) from 2020 to 2024. He also held a position on the Executive Board of the Architects’ Council of Europe (ACE), based in Brussels, for a two-year term from 2022 to 2023.

Mr Antonis Michael graduated from the University of Bath, UK with an MEng degree in Civil Engineering. Following his studies, he worked as a graduate structural engineer in design firm in London. He then returned to Cyprus to expand the family business. He is a member of the Cyprus Technical Chamber (ETEK), and an affiliate member of R.I.B.A. (UK). After gaining more than 10 years of experience in the design, construction and real estate industry, he is currently responsible for the technical operations of CYVIEW DEVELOPERS, overseeing the projects life cycle, from conceptual design to construction, delivery and use. Stefanos Pieridis is the Managing Director of Medcon Construction Limited and has been a member of its Board of Directors since 2007. The company is engaged in the construction of first-class technical and building projects. He is a graduate of the University of Bristol in the United Kingdom and a registered member of the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK) and the Institute of Civil Engineers (ICE). For the past six years, he has served on the Board of Directors of the Association of Construction Contractors of Cyprus (S.E.O.K.) and the Federation of Associations of Construction Contractors of Cyprus (O.S.E.O.K.), where he currently holds the position of Secretary General. In the corresponding European organization, FIEC, he represents the Federation as President of the Technical Subcommittee TEC-3, which deals with environmental issues.

Aphrodite Psara is a civil engineer who graduated from City University, UK in 1983. She has gained vast experience in the field of construction, working as a structural engineer for 7 years and in 1990, by joining the family construction business as the second-generation owner alongside with her two brothers. She has taken over the family business in 2000 and under her own management the company not only successfully managed to overcome the Cypriot financial crisis of 2013 but has also expanded its operations in the UK, Oman, Sweden, and the Netherlands. Following her father’s values and by continually adapting and evolving to every challenge, she managed to gain the respect of the market as a leading contractor. Her vision is to create a new construction business model by using innovative technologies and techniques to optimize quality and time delivery for clients and at the same time to create a safe and pleasant working environment for all employees.

Andrea Rotou has been actively engaged with the group since a young age. She pursued her studies in Architecture at the University of Florence (Dottoressa Magistrale in Architettura) and subsequently obtained a Master’s degree (MA) in “History and Critical Thinking in Architecture” from the Architectural Association (AA) School of Architecture in London. She currently holds the position of Technical Operations Director. Concurrently, she manages the group’s legal affairs and oversees the Sales department. Her vision is to uphold the group’s esteemed reputation and core values while ensuring that the organization continues to excel through projects characterized by innovative architectural design and superior construction quality.

He graduated from the School of Engineering at the Democritus University of Thrace as a Civil Engineer in 2011 and subsequently obtained a Master’s Degree in Construction Project Management from Neapolis University Pafos in 2014. Since 2020, he has been serving as the Director of the Federation of Cyprus Building Contractors Associations and its Training Center. He is a Member of the General Council of the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK) for the 2020-2023 and 2023-2026 terms. Additionally, he is a Member of the Pan-Cyprian Safety and Health Council on behalf of the Federation. Since May 2023, he has been acting as Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Cyprus Joint Committee on Construction Contracts (M.E.D.S.K.).
