Filiep Loosveldt is Managing Director of Build Europe, the European Federation representing national associations of private residential developers and homebuilders across the European Union and associated European housing markets. In this capacity, he is actively engaged in EU policy discussions on housing affordability, urban development and construction capacity, working with the European Commission, the European Parliament and Member States on initiatives related to housing supply and investment. His work focuses on ensuring that affordability objectives are aligned with viable development economics and scalable housing delivery across Europe.
