The mission of the Association of Large Investment Projects is to promote and implement major private development projects in Cyprus. It is a member of the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) and represents 19 companies from various sectors of the Cypriot economy, investing in and developing the country’s largest and most significant projects. These projects, many of which are at an advanced stage and can be completed within a short timeframe, include golf courses, marinas, medical and diagnostic centers, health and wellness facilities, theme parks, research and development centers, sports complexes, schools and universities, as well as commercial and residential developments. With a total investment value exceeding €8 billion, these projects are expected to create over 7,000 jobs during the construction phase and another 7,000 once they become operational. Additionally, they will generate significant economic benefits, including tax revenues for the state and new investment opportunities, further boosting the broader economy.
